There will be a mandatory meeting for anyone trying out for Cheerleading on
Wednesday, November 13th after school (late bus available)
CDMS CHEERLEADING TRY-OUTS:
November 18th and 19th - until 4:30 PM
You must arrange for a ride home
ALL MEDICAL FORMS ARE DUE FRIDAY MORNING 11/15
If they are not turned in, you cannot attend try-outs!
***MY forms are due by Monday 11/18 (these are IN ADDITION
TO the medical forms for the health office)
