Coming Up Route 35 North:
Pass the Dunkin Donuts located in the center island on Route 35 on your left. There is a traffic light right there; the second traffic light past this one is Harmony Road (there will be a Shop-Rite strip mall on your right and a Sears across the highway on the left). Make a right onto Harmony Road. In approximately one mile, you will come to a light. Go through this light, and in another quarter-mile, you'll come to a fork in the road. Bear right at the fork. There will be a school which you will see right away; this is Harmony School. Continue past Harmony Sohool, and you will come immediately to Thorne Middle School; make a left into the parking lot.
Coming Down Route 35 South:
ake the jughandle at Sears and cross over Route 35; you are now on Harmony Road. Now just pick up the directions as described above.
Coming South on the Garden State Parkway:
Get off at exit 117. After the toll booths, you'll bear right and take Route 35 south. Follow directions above.
Coming North on the Garden State Parkway:
Get off at Exit 114. Go right at the top of the ramp; you are now on Red Hill Road. It is a narrow, winding road which you will be on for three miles. You then will pass over some railroad tracks and come immediately to a STOP sign. Make a left here; you are now on Kings Highway. In less than a mile, you'll arrive at Route 35; Sears will be on your left and Shop Rite will be across the highway on the right. Cross over Route 35; you are now on Harmony Road. Take West Park Ave through 2 lights and over Route 18 and you will see the Ocean Township Intermediate School (OTIS) on the right. OR Take Route 18 South to exit 12B (West Park Ave / Wayside). This will put you on West Park Ave and you will see the Ocean Township Intermediate School (OTIS) immediately on your right.
FROM THE SOUTH:
Take Route 35 North to West Park Ave Exit. You cross over West Park Ave and take jug handle to put you on West Park Ave going west (Wayside). On West Park Ave go over 35 through 2 lights, over Route 18 and you will see the Ocean Township Intermediate School on the right. OR Take Route 18 North to Exit 11A (Deal Road East). This will put you onto Deal Road East. Go to 1st light and turn left onto Poplar Road.
