Attention all runners!!
You must have your temperature taken at the door and then exit the school to the tennis courts by the side gym exit.
1. Please arrange a ride to and from practices
2. Please note, if you are NOT cleared by the nurse, you will NOT be able to participate.
3. Please bring your own water and a mask.

Our home meets are run at Bucks Mill Park. Runners will need to be dropped off and picked up at Bucks Mill for the meet. We start the meets at 3:45. We usually finish between 4:30 and 5:00.
2019 Cross Country
For those who are competitive, we do offer the opportunity to compete in several events throughout the fall. The team aspect of cross-country is a great physical, mental, and social experience for all middle school athletes. While we encourage all participants to compete with the team, it is the students' choice. Those that do not compete can go to watch and help out at the meets.The Middle School Cross Country experience is designed for all students of all ability and fitness levels. We encourage walkers, joggers, and competitive runners to join Cross Country in the Fall. Students can create their own goals for what they want to get out of the program.
