Girl's Soccer Practice
There will be practice any date there is no game scheduled after school until 4:15pm, unless you are told otherwise. You will need your own ride home.
If you will not be able to make a practice or game please let me know as soon as you find out. If I am not told in a timely manner it will count as a cut, as stated in your contract.
Soccer season 2019 will start the week of September 9th with a meeting after school in Room 9. Make sure you have all your paperwork in to the Nurse before tryouts start.
A MESSAGE FROM THE CDMS HEALTH OFFICE:
Fall Sport Physicals (Cross Country and Soccer only) are due to the Cedar Drive Middle School (CDMS) Health Office by 8-19-2019 to allow time for review and follow up if needed (6th grade immunizations are required for sport physical clearance).
Please drop off or mail through the post office to CDMS.
Fall sports begin the first full week of school - only students cleared students with health office clearance are eligible to try-out or practice.
Students with current physicals on file in the CDMS health office do not need to submit physicals; however, the additional sport package is required for the new school year. See guidelines on the health office page under sport forms for additional information.
6th grade students -- proof of NJ state required immunizations (Tdap and Mennningococcal) or medical care provider documentation of date to be administered with follow up documentation is required before students begin the school year.
